Condominium Association – Requirements to Conduct Electronic Vote

On October 26, 2015, the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes approved a proposed rule to amend and supplement the Florida Administrative Code provisions regarding condominium associations’ voting and elections.
