Condominium groups gain grant access from city (AB)

Grande Prairie city council has passed a motion allowing condo groups to apply for grants normally reserved for neighbourhood associations.  Monday’s decision means certain condominium groups meeting specific requirements — primarily being of buildings with 250 units or more — to apply for the city’s neighbourhood enhancement matching grants.    Read the article………….
