SCA (NV) to pick consulting firm to study change in designation

The Spring Creek Association will hear presentations from several consulting firms about the possibility of changing its designation from a homeowners association.  With the process still in its early stages, SCA President Jessie Bahr said all options — from becoming an incorporated town to becoming a general improvement district — are on the table.  Bahr said that with their designation as an HOA expiring in 2033, the time is coming to explore which options are best for the overall welfare of Spring Creek.    Read the article…………..
