Nearly 150 families live here on the eastern plains of El Paso County. They’re part of a 600-acre subdivision known as Falcon Heights POA (Property Owner Association). The Clayton Woods Homeowners Association was supposed to hold its annual meeting and board member elections Wednesday evening, but at
