Controversial group home gets help from county (TX)

The Red Rock Ranch HOA still has questions, they’re covenant doesn’t allow commercial businesses.  “Its not them though,” said Michelle Miller, Director with the Red Rock Ranch HOA, “they’re not violating the covenant, it’s the owners who signed the covenant agreement and our only legal recourse is against the owners of the home.”  The owners are an elderly couple now living at an assisted care home, Miller says she hasn’t heard from the owners at all during this situation.    Read the article………….
