Palm Beach County approves 521 new homes on golf course (FL)

The community association of the surrounding Villages of Oriole previously voted in support of the golf course redevelopment. The developer promised to build lakes and landscape buffers for the existing homeowners.  “This process was truly a collaborative approach and as a result, we were able to create a low-density and thoughtfully designed development plan that works for all stakeholders,” said Mike Nunziata, president of 13th Floor Homes. “The final project will enhance the community and quality of life for decades to come as a result of their participation.”    Read the article……………
