DeKalb County claims 3 businesses (inc. HOA) owe more than $600,000 for water (GA)

Finally, the Mendenhall Homeowners Association on Harts Mill Road in Chamblee owes the county $184,813.80 for water.  “Each individual home pays for water,” HOA President Ron McLamb said.  The HOA president said the county is billing an old master meter for the entire neighborhood, which they say they are no longer using.
