Is former golf course in Ahwatukee (AZ) making a comeback? Not so much

The golf course passed through three owners. The current owner of the land is a company called True Life Companies. They took on the property after the course had closed down and have no plans of bringing it back.  However, a recent court ruling could force them to keep the land as a golf course. Residents around the area filed a lawsuit a few years ago saying that their homeowners’ association contract guarantees a golf course next to their homes.     Read the article………….
