Court rules for county in $19.5 million Summerlin HOA tax case (NV)

The Nevada Supreme Court has sided with the Clark County assessor in a property tax dispute over the value of improvements at Sun City Summerlin. The order reverses a lower court decision upholding a state Board of Equalization determination that the improvements were worth only $2,500 instead of the $19.5 million set by the assessor’s office.   Read more……..
