Creekside neighbors to vote on mandatory golf club dues (OR)

The Creekside Estates Homeowners Association Board will meet March 26 to authorize a vote on mandatory membership in a nearby golf club. Last month Creekside Golf Club sent a letter to neighborhood homeowners saying it had been losing money for years. The club threatened to sell the golf course to a housing developer unless neighbors agreed to raise their monthly association dues in exchange for limited memberships in the club.    Read the article…………
