Condo Culture Q&A: Is it legal for condominiums to be registered as adult-only?

Q. Is it legal for an Ontario condominium corporation to be registered as an adults-only building? I was told that this is illegal, but I don’t see why. Can you explain why condominiums are permitted or not permitted to be adult-only buildings? I think there should be a choice as to whether or not we want to live in a building with adults only.   Read the Q&A……………
