Condo Culture: Board should take immediate action against owners who do not pay fees

Q. I have heard that a few owners have fallen behind in their condo fees. This worries me because I know our monthly condo fees are necessary for the operations of our condominium property. I don’t want our condo fees to be increased because of other owners who fall behind. I certainly understand that sometimes there may be job layoffs or unknown hardships that cannot be helped.
