Condo Culture: Owner negligence could result in pet eviction

Q: We are experiencing some problems with negligent pet owners. Some allow their pets to urinate in the hallways, walk them to other owner’s yards to do their duties and leave the mess behind. Another dog barks for hours until its owner returns. We are very responsible with our pet and cannot understand why some others are not. We are not blaming the pet. We love pets. What can we do about pet owners who are disrupting our lives because they don’t follow the rules regarding their pets?   Read the article……………
