Piney-Z delivery dispute comes compliments of the Christmas season (FL)

Suburban shoppers have moved online – especially for the Christmas season – enticed by retailers offering delivery within two to three days.  But when UPS brought its three-year experiment with golf-cart deliveries to the Piney-Z neighborhood, it ran into a speed bump named David Stewart.  “The city told me it was a zoning violation,” said Stewart about a neighbor’s garage used to transfer items for home delivery. “I can’t enjoy the quiet of my home with trucks going in and out three, four times a day.”    Read the article………………
