Despite full lakes, rural Rockwall County utility can’t meet water demand

Southern Rockwall County residents are dealing with low water pressure and a sprinkler ban at a time its many new yards need the resource and lakes are full.  Demand for residential service is booming in McLendon-Chisholm and neighboring areas served by RCH Water Supply Co.
