Despite full lakes, rural Rockwall County utility can’t meet water demand

Southern Rockwall County residents are dealing with low water pressure and a sprinkler ban at a time its many new yards need the resource and lakes are full.  Demand for residential service is booming in McLendon-Chisholm and neighboring areas served by RCH Water Supply Co. The system has seen 10 percent growth so far this year, mostly in new subdivisions of an acre or larger homesteads.   Read the article………
