Details released in case of alleged felony larceny, fraud at Plainville (CT) condo complexes

Two men accused of defrauding more than two dozen condominium associations were arraigned in Bristol Superior Court Monday.  Dereck Cutone, 26, of 76 Chestnut St., Bristol, was charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny. Donald Neff , 46, of 255 Rocklanding Road., East Hampton, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with first-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny and violation of home improvement contracts.   Read the article……………
