All Things Real Estate: Check CC&Rs to determine if neighbor can park RV in backyard

Q: I have read your columns in the Fairfield newspaper. I live in Vacaville. My rear neighbors recently acquired a RV trailer that is parked in their backyard in full sight of my backyard patio, family room, breakfast nook, kitchen and master bedroom. Additionally, they have an oversized storage shed in their backyard. What can we, as homeowners, do about this eyesore that affects our property value?
