Determining who’s liable for damage after unit fire spreads

Q:  Recently an exhaust fan in a bathroom of a unit in my condominium association caught fire and caused damage to portions of the building, including other units and the common elements. It appears the unit owner attempted to use a fire extinguisher to put the fire out and left the unit without calling the fire department.    Read the article…………..
