Condo Culture: Directors must take concerns seriously

Q. We have a problem with residents who use their balcony for smoking and then flick their lit butts. Butts have landed on my balcony, just missing my outdoor furniture. We have also found beer cans and bottles on the lawn that were tossed from one of the balconies. I cannot be sure which balcony these items have been tossed from. We are worried about our safety and the appearance of our property. I fear this behavior will get way out of hand in the summer. What is the best way to resolve this problem? I mentioned my concerns to one of the board members, but he hasn’t followed up.    Read the Q&A………….
