V.I. Moves To Dismiss Condo Fee Suits For Lack of Claim

The V.I. government filed motions Thursday to dismiss two condominium group lawsuits over new condo user fees, arguing the plaintiffs fail to make a legally plausible claim.  In question is whether a new $25 per day of occupancy fees on timeshare units in the territory violates the U.S. Constitution or is discriminatory.    Read the article……………
