Judge dismisses enforcement of trash agreement (NJ)

The request by Franklin Meadows condominiums to enforce an agreement between the condo association and Franklin Borough and bring sanctions against a trash hauler has been denied by a state Superior Court judge.  In his decision, dated July 22 but not received by the attorneys until Wednesday, Judge Stuart Minkowitz said there was nothing in the agreement that would require the borough to buy new trash containers for the condominiums. He said Blue Diamond was not party to the settlement, although the trash hauler was listed as a defendant in the original lawsuit filed last year.   Read the article…………
