NJ judge dismisses dispute regarding condo association, Blue Diamond Disposal

New Jersey Superior Court Judge Stuart Minkowitz has denied a request from the Franklin Meadows Condominium Association that would require the borough of Franklin to buy new trash containers for the condos.
