Condo Culture: Dripping water renders balcony unusable

Q: There are a few balconies above me that are closed in and have air conditioners that extend out past the balcony railing. My balcony is located on the first level of our condo building and extends further out from the balconies above me. One of the air conditioners drips water onto my balcony and leaves puddles. I cannot even use my balcony and have complained to the management and the board. My complaints have been dismissed with the explanation that air conditioners are permitted as written in our declaration. What is my recourse?    Read the Q&A……………..
