Dubuque (IA) attorney given 2 years of probation

A Dubuque attorney accused of paying herself for work she didn’t do for a local homeowners’ association was given a deferred judgment.
Heather A. Norman, 45, of 288 Kelly’s Bluff, on Wednesday was given two years of probation after pleading guilty to a third-degree theft charge. She originally was charged with second-degree theft in Iowa District Court for Dubuque County.  Read the article…………..
