Eldorado community association accepts pro-chicken ruling (NM)

The chicken fights in Eldorado may be over — unless spats erupt over how to monitor or regulate the egg-layers within the community.  The board of directors of the Eldorado Community Improvement Association gave notice Friday that it will not go to the state Supreme Court to fight an appeals court ruling that the covenants allow backyard pet chickens.    Read the article……………..
