Elk Fence Brouhaha Brewing In Country Club (AZ)

A dispute about an elk fence around Chaparral Pines has deeply divided the community as the homeowners association goes forward with plans to install more fencing.  For years, the homeowners association debated the installation of a perimeter fence around the high-end, country club community. Supporters say a fence would help prevent trespassing and protect the golf course from wildlife, specifically elk, which damage the greens, leaving waste behind. They say a fence would also keep elk out of gardens and avoid conflicts with cars and humans.  Read the article……………
