Emergency HOA assessment may be needed to repair roof

Q: I’m the president of a very small local homeowners association. We used to be an apartment complex that was converted to condominiums about 14 years ago. There are 22 total units.  We are at a point where there is major work that has to be done to the building, much of it this summer before the winter rains come.      Read the Q&A……………
