Condo Q&A: Our entire board of directors just resigned — can they do that? And what do we do now?

Q. We are a self-managed condo corporation with three board members. This year the entire board sent all owners a notice that they have resigned. They informed us that they will no longer handle the complaints and pressure that comes with being on the board. They have nothing more to say and will not answer any further questions.
