Environmentally friendly couple says HOA is against them (TX)

Two San Antonio homeowners want to be environmentally friendly but they told KENS 5 their homeowner’s association is not being neighborly.  In the Hidden Forest subdivision, not all yards are full of grass. Some have cacti, wildflowers, or beds of rocks in an effort to conserve water. The owners of one home said they are trying to conserve water but are being met with some push back by some of their neighbors.    Read the article……….
