Excessive moving fee unfair to condo owners

Q: I am renting a condo, and have been asked to pay a non-refundable move-in and move-out fee of $200. I thought that the fee was a damage deposit. When I asked the building manager what I was getting for my $200, he looked dumbstruck and quickly seemed to make up an answer.   Read the Q&A………..
