Exeter family wins flag dispute with homeowners group (PA)

In May, their son left for his latest deployment, in Lebanon, so the Diesingers put up their American flag and set out a candle once again outside their townhouse in the Wingspread development.  In early August, the Diesingers received a letter from Horst Property Management, the Lancaster company responsible for the Wingspread community, on behalf of the homeowners association’s board of directors.    Read the article…………..
