Fighting for grandfathering rights can be costly

Question: I live in a 100-unit condo complex and have recently received a notice from the management company, notifying me that I am in violation of the rules and regulations approved by the newly elected board. I have a small “Welcome to the Beach” sign hanging below the outside light next to my front door. This would be considered a “common area.”   Read the Q&A…………..
