Flash flood forecast as small Callaway County lake dam fails (MO)

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for sections of a central Missouri county because of a failing dam on a small lake.  The weather service issued the warning Wednesday for parts of Callaway County because the dam at Glovers Spring Lake east of Fulton is failing.
