Former state Rep. Gardner, political group file for foreclosure in ongoing dispute (CO)

The Alliance for a Safe and Independent Woodmen Hills is attempting to foreclose on the house of Ron Pace, a neighborhood activist who owes almost $90,000 in attorneys fees to the Alliance after a failed defamation lawsuit.   Pace is one of five candidates running for Woodmen Hills Filing 11 Home Owner’s Association Board of Directors. The election is Nov. 18, and the top two vote-getters will win seats on the HOA.    Read the article…………
