Former state Rep. Gardner, political group file for foreclosure in ongoing dispute (CO)

The Alliance for a Safe and Independent Woodmen Hills is attempting to foreclose on the house of Ron Pace, a neighborhood activist who owes almost $90,000 in attorneys fees to the Alliance after a failed defamation lawsuit.   Pace is one of five candidates running for Woodmen Hills Filing 11 Home Owner’s Association Board of Directors.
