Residents of the Fox Run Plantation neighborhood off North Road say they want street lights for safety. During a recent Orangeburg County Council meeting, council members unanimously approved a resolution allowing a referendum for the voters within the neighborhood to determine if a special tax district should be formed for the purpose of funding street lights.       Read more……..
