San Francisco City Attorney Serves Millennium Tower Partners Subpoena (CA)

The San Francisco City Attorney’s Office on Tuesday served the Millennium Tower partners with a subpoena over the sinking 58-story condo tower, seeking all information that was disclosed to the buyers before they moved in.  While Dennis Herrera has said he is simply looking for evidence “in furtherance of an investigation,” he also made note that the engineering controversy and sinking building is being led by his Complex and Affirmative Litigation Unit, which investigates and pursues civil litigation involving unfair and unlawful business practices.    Read the article……………
