TWCCRD’s Fair Housing Investigative Role for Fair Housing Complaints -Series 7, is scheduled for December 17, 2015, 1 – 3 p.m. This presentation will give information about how TWCCRD investigates fair housing cases. HOAs can be named and a Respondent and we currently have several HOA cases pending investigation.
