Government (AB) announces 5 potential changes to condominium legislation

The provincial government has announced they are looking at changes to condominium legislation, and they want your input.  Some of the proposed changes include, allowing buyers to cancel purchase agreements, if developers don’t meet move-in dates, and requiring developers to make detailed operating budgets.   Read the article……………
