New Hampshire firm acquires Worcester condo company

Worcester condominium management services provider Rickman Companies announced it has been acquired by Great North Property Management of New Hampshire, a major New England provider of condominium management services.  Rickman Co-founder and CEO Jason Rickman said in a press release on Monday he and his wife — Co-founder Kimberly Rickman — were looking for ways to increase the company’s effectiveness and maintain value to its clients, and the Great North deal gives them the opportunity to expand the level of expertise for the condominium communities served by Rickman.   Read the article………….
