Hampton (VA) closes homeowners association park

The City of Hampton has closed a playground and basketball court in Westview Lakes because the homeowners association failed to obtain to proper permits.  In the past year, neighbors complained to city staff, one saying her home “has been taken hostage” by the court built within the past year behind her property.   Read the article……….
