Can hardworking condo board members get a break in their dues?

Q: I am on the board of directors of a suburban condominium association. In my opinion, volunteering for a condominium board can be a thankless position. We are self-managed and our unit owners are quite demanding, requiring loads of personal time to administer the association to the unit owners’ expectations.
