Hartville (OH) condo developers settle Fair Housing complaint

A Hartville developer and Minerva architect have agreed to pay $160,000 to resolve allegations that they violated the Fair Housing Act related to the design and construction of two condominium complexes in Hartville, according to the Justice Department.     Read the article……………
