Hartwell, Thurmond water OK for lawns again

Homeowners around Lake Hartwell can use lake water to irrigate their lawns again.  Corps spokesman Russell Wicke confirmed Wednesday that the Corps has “suspended implementation” of the ban that went into effect Jan. 1 on pumping water out of Hartwell and Thurmond lakes.    Read the article………..
