HOA and parents at Seminole Co. (FL) elementary school at odds over short cut

With Seminole County Schools back in session, an old problem is back in the Hollow Brook subdivision. The neighborhood has a sidewalk that connects Hollow Brook to the back side of Red Bug Elementary school’s yard. It’s a quick way for neighborhood families walk their children to the campus. The problem is, folks who don’t live in the neighborhood are using the path as a drop off and pick up point for their children too.     Read the article……….
