HOA apologizes for asking family to remove wheelchair ramp (TN)

A Brentwood homeowners association that threatened to sue a family over their wheelchair ramp has apologized.  Last summer, Michael Broadnax, a popular Nashville pastor, suffered a debilitating stroke. A few months later, his family learned he could come home for rehabilitation, but they would need to install a wheelchair ramp in a few days before rehab officials would clear the move.     Read the article………..
