HOA apologizes for asking family to remove wheelchair ramp (TN)

A Brentwood homeowners association that threatened to sue a family over their wheelchair ramp has apologized.  Last summer, Michael Broadnax, a popular Nashville pastor, suffered a debilitating stroke.
