HOA backs down from lawsuit over Hayden (ID) Christmas lights

The saga of a Hayden man’s controversial Christmas display continues.  The West Hayden Estates Homeowner’s Association Board said Tuesday it will not be suing Jeremy Morris over his light display. The Vice President of the HOA board emphasized that their opposition was not to Morris’ decorations, but rather all of the extra traffic and noise and the event would bring to the neighborhood.      Read the article………..
