HOA gets serious about emergency prep (CA)

Over the past year, residents of Racquet Club Villas, a 264-unit residential complex off Lynn Road in Thousand Oaks, have been voicing a need for an emergency preparedness program and an active Neighborhood Watch.  As a result, a committee of about 12 homeowners met to decide on the goals and strategy for utilizing educational programs and available resources.    Read the article……..
