HOA president: Squatter threatened to burn down complex before fire at Tymber Skan apts. (FL)

A fire that destroyed a building at the Tymber Skan apartment complex late Sunday night was determined to be arson, the State Fire Marshal’s Office said.  The homeowners’ association president, Lorenzo Pinkston, said a squatter threatened to burn down the place, and he believes that person set the fire.    Read the article………….
