HOA to raze 14 condemned buildings, repair others at Peppertree Villas (NC)

The town council received an update on the status of the Peppertree Villas condo complex at a special meeting held during their regular work session. A total of 25 buildings there have been condemned to varying degrees at different times as unsafe, largely due to age; many of the buildings at the complex are over 40 years old. Nine of the affected buildings have been condemned entirely, while the remaining 16 have only had their exterior structures (decks, walkways and/or stairways) condemned.    Read the article………………
