City, Cooper Estates in holding pattern on easement (AR)

The city of Mountain Home would like to hear from Cooper Estates.  Monday is the deadline for the Cooper Estates Home Owner’s Association Board to deliver an easement to the city that would allow the city to address some of the drainage problems residents have recently discussed with the Mountain Home City Council. Mayor Joe Dillard told members of the city council’s street committee Tuesday that the city is waiting to hear from the homeowners before any action can be taken.   Read the article…………
